Snow!

Yes, we got snow last night! Not as much as the weather channel had called for but it was so pretty coming down and as always I got excited when I saw that it was beginning to stick to the ground! But, alas, all good things must come to an end and the pretty snow stopped and the ice began! Yuck! Snow - good. Ice - bad. It is definitely a stay at home weekend since the temps are not getting above freezing and everything on the ground will just stay frozen. I have my blanket to snuggle up with, my coffee and my stitching so I am happy.

I am grateful we had no power outages - yet! *fingers crossed it stays that way*

The perfect day, Sherry, for the blankey, coffee, and stitching! I'm still trying to work myself into a CTS attack on Village. lol. Love to see the snow coming down, but after it's been plowed over a few times, I'd just as soon it disappear as fast as it piled up. Stay warm!

I agree, Sherry. Ice is horrible! I hope your power stays on and you can enjoy being snuggled up in your house with your stitching or scrapbooking!

You got the same storm we did Sherry! I always cross my fingers for no power outages too!

A good, stay inside day, for sure! We have gotten very little snow this year. I think my folks, in Virginia have gotten more than we have in Michigan. Go figure!

A wonderful opportunity to take the time to stitch.

Sherry, the snow is a perfect excuse to stay in and stitch or scrap or just relax. Enjoy and stay warm!

I am SO JEALOUS! This storm skirted us, and we didn't get one flake! One county down and they got snow. :( Anyway... hope you are enjoying the winter weather down there in the south! Crazy!!

I am glad you got to snuggle in and enjoy some quality stitching time! Always makes the crappy weather a little more bearable if you don't have to go out in it!

Just the perfect excuse to stay inside today. Snow is bad, but ice is horrible. I think that winter decided to spend some time down south this year. You've gotten all the snow, and we've barely had anything in Michigan. Cold weather, but no snow! Enjoy your day and stay safe!
